  1. All requests should be in writing and forwarded to the Cable Network Manager.
    1. All internal productions will have first priority.
    2. Internal productions completed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    3. Nonprofit organizations will have priority over profit-seeking organizations where there are time limitations.
    4. All requests from profit-seeking organizations will be completed if they are judged to have educational value.
      1. Educational value is determined by the appropriate instructional divisions.
  2. Production services will be purchased from the District audiovisual or other sources.
  3. Programming may be produced, bought, or borrowed by the Network.
