How to Apply for TechCred

Businesses can follow six simple steps for taking advantage of the Ohio TechCred program:

  1. Identify your business needs and potential employee skills needed
  2. Select the training from the list of certificates/credentials provided by Lakeland
  3. Contact Lucy Ott at lott1@lakelandcc.edu to discuss training, if needed
  4. Apply online to Ohio TechCred
  5. Enroll your employee in Lakeland Community College's TechCred program.
  6. Complete training plan
  7. Upload proof of credential completion
  8. Receive reimbursement
