When you phrase your inquiry as a question, I'm more likely to identify what you need. - Be specific...
I learn by identifying key words and providing relevant responses from my library of information, so it's best to be clear about what you're asking. - But not too specific!
Keep in mind that I cannot access account specific information, such as your account balance, financial aid offer and status of documents. So please save your LID, full name, and other identifying details for communications directly with the office you need to contact. - Keep it simple
I do best when asked one question at a time. Multiple questions or lengthier questions may be harder for me to follow. - Take advantage of our links
Many common questions can be answered using the links I direct you to. Please be sure to thoroughly review any web pages that I provide, as they should be able to answer your questions. In the long run, this will save you time! - Be sure you're contacting the appropriate office
