- The Board of Trustees of Lakeland Community College has promulgated and adopted administrative procedures designed to ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 (as amended).
- Legislative compliance officers have been designated by the college President and copies of all required reports and documents are available, upon request, from the office of the Dean of Student Development and the Human Resources Department.
