1. Lakeland will offer a tuition payment plan for which specific administrative procedures are established.
2. The College reserves the right to collect the principal outstanding on a delinquent tuition payment and any applicable interest or penalty due and any associated collection cost incurred by the College.
3. A student who is delinquent or in default of a tuition payment may be denied the right to register for any term unless that student's total balance due Lakeland is less than $100.00.
