- The new employee must submit original receipts for all expenses eligible for reimbursement to the Human Resources Department for processing.
- House-hunting trips will be reimbursed as part of a new employee's relocation expenses but in no instance shall the total of relocation expenses exceed 10% of the employee's starting salary.
- Relocation expenses will not be paid after one year of the employee's employment date.
