| Patricia Harris Recruitment Specialist
Patricia has been with Lakeland Community College for 33 years. She came to Lakeland as a transfer student after attending Ohio State University and Kent State University. She received her Associate of Applied Business degree from Lakeland along with certificates in marketing, human resource management and health & wellness.
Patricia is primarily focused in the western Lake County high schools (e.g. Wickliffe), along with eastern Cuyahoga County (e.g. Euclid; Mayfield). Patricia serves as one of our lead recruiters for adult and returning learners, along with veterans, active military and their families. |
| Dylan McLaughlin Recruitment Specialist
Dylan is a Lakeland Community College graduate from Euclid High School. Prior to earning his Associate of Applied Business degree from Lakeland, Dylan attended The Willoughby-Eastlake Career Academy for Welding, where he graduated with honors and two Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.
Dylan is primarily responsible for high schools located in central Lake County (e.g. Mentor, Willoughby and Eastlake), eastern Cuyahoga County (e.g. Beachwood; Chagrin Falls), and Summit County. He also serves as our lead recruiter for Lakeland's Holden University Center partnership programs. |
| Bryce Zwagerman Recruitment Specialist
Bryce started at Lakeland Community College as a tech prep student from Mentor High School. Upon graduation, Bryce continued onto Lakeland to play golf and earned his Associate of Arts degree. He continued his education by transferring to Youngstown State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. At YSU, Bryce was involved in activities on campus and served as an orientation leader and has recently joined the new student recruitment team.
Bryce will be visiting high schools in the eastern Lake County area (e.g. Painesville; Madison), along with Geauga and Ashtabula counties. He also serves as our lead recruiter for College Credit Plus (CCP) students and Career Technical students. |
