Choose Ohio First Scholarships
The Choose Ohio First Scholarship Program is designed to strengthen Ohio's competitiveness within science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines, and STEM education. This program provides scholarships to Lakeland students. The program is also designed to help connect students to work-based learning experiences and careers in STEM fields.
These scholarships are available to Lakeland students in both health care and information technology and computer science (IT&CS) programs. See below for a full list of programs eligible for these scholarships.
Applying for Scholarships
1. Fill out the 2026-2027 IT&CS Scholarship Application to apply.
2. The program chair of your health care program will send out the link to eligible students to apply.
