Supporting All Women at Lakeland

We pride ourselves on our non-judgement atmosphere which helps students feel less scared or alone while going to college. We help students gain resources, connections, skills and support needed to meet educational goals.

The Women's Center is an in-person and virtual community. On campus we have a colorful and welcoming center in A-2110. We are happy to reach out virtually via phone, email, text or video (Webex).

Feel free to follow our social media (Facebook and Instagram). Contact us for support, a chat or to learn about events. Even better, visit us on campus in Room A-2110 to learn more about the Lakeland Women's Center.

Are you a:

  • Woman in transition looking for a new direction?
  • Young woman just starting college?
  • Single mother wanting to provide a better life for your children?
  • Married woman balancing school with household and family?
  • First generation college student unsure about how to proceed on campus?
  • Woman seeking a second chance?

Here's how the Women's Center can support you.
