Tutoring Services
The Learning Center provides FREE tutoring for many credit classes offered at Lakeland. Lakeland's tutorial services are nationally certified by the College Reading and Learning Association at the "Advanced" level. Many of the tutors in the Learning Center are "professionals" meaning they hold a bachelor's degree or higher in the content areas they tutor. Even if you are not having problems in your current classes, tutoring can show you better ways to study and reinforce your learning so that you will be a more successful Lakeland student.
