How to Register Your Child(ren) for Campus Kids

*Please contact Mary or Robin BEFORE starting the registration process.

1. Download, print & complete Campus Kids' FORMS

- Child medical statement is due 30 days after classes start
- Shot record required at time of registration.

2. Refer to current semester registration hours* on Campus Kid's homepage.

3. Stop by Campus Kids (L-01) during Registration Hours* with your class schedule and completed forms. They must be dated and initialed by Campus Kids staff prior to paying registration fee.

4. Pay $7 registration fee at Cashier's Office.

5. Return forms on the same day to reserve your child's spot(s) for the semester. If forms are not returned the same day a spot cannot be guaranteed for your child.

FEES

- A $7 registration fee per child must be paid at the time of registration

- Hourly fee is $2.50 per hour per child
