This one-day group workshop combines the
unique resources of a community college with the expertise of leading outplacement
consultants. The program specializes in offering services to companies wishing
to offer effective outplacement to hourly workers. The program focuses on dealing
with job loss and the major points of a successful job search process, tailored
to the specific needs of hourly workers. Like many of our programs, it can be
customized to meet the needs of the company and the participants it is designed
