Overview of Outplacement Services

Lakeland Community College offers outplacement services to assist area employers with workforce reduction issues. Our program is designed to be flexible to meet your company's needs, whether you're a small to medium size company or a large corporation we have developed our programs to handle an individual lay-off or mass layoff. Although we have standard program packages developed we have also developed other packages that will change the learning modules in each program in an a'lacarte fashion.

Programs can be specifically tailored to the needs and budget of employers. Programs include:

One-Day Group Workshop

Two-Day Group Workshop
Dealing with job loss and a comprehensive approach to the job search process, including a resume building component.

Individual Outplacement
Designed to provide outplacement on an individual basis.

One-to-One Job Coaching
An opportunity to meet individually with employment experts and counselors. This option is used to supplement each of the above services.

All-day workshops include lunch and materials. Facilitators include Licensed Professional Counselors as well as experienced human resource and career management consultants.

Outplacement services can be arranged at any of Lakeland's four locations in Lake County which include Madison, Painesville, Wickliffe and at the main campus in Kirtland.
