To LOGIN to your Student Email enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD into the appropriate fields. Username is the first section of your email address (Username@mail.lakelandcc.edu). For example, John Smith's email is jsmith12@mail.lakelandcc.edu so his USERNAME is jsmith12. Your Username is made up of three parts: [First Initial][Last Name][Auto Number]. The Auto Number by default is "1" unless a duplicate First Initial and Last Name exist. In this event, the Auto Number is incremented by one for each duplicate. (Your student email address is visible by logging into Lakeland OnLine and clicking Personal Information > View E-mail Address(es)) Password: Your PASSWORD is your eight digit Lakeland ID number.
