Information
Our
course site will be available on Friday
or Saturday prior to the first week of
class.
Our course weeks begin Sundays at 12
A.M. and end midnight Saturdays.
Locating
the course:
Blackboard
(Bb) is the name of the software used
for delivery of online courses. Go
to http://bb.lakelandcc.edu to
login to Bb and our course. Click on
Login on the Bb page. Your must enter
your username and password to login
as follows:
- Username: Obtained from your Lakeland email
account. For example, John Smith's
email is jsmith12@mail.lakelandcc.edu
so his username is jsmith12.
- Password: Your Lakeland Identification Number
(LID). This 8 digit number can be found
on your course schedule, grade report
or your Lakeland invoice.
Once
you have logged on to Bb, you will see
the courses in which you are enrolled
that use Bb. Click on the link for BUSM
1300 Online. The course "home page" or
"Announcements" page should
show up.
The
buttons on the left side of the Announcements
page of our course identify and take
you to the different sections of our
course site. The Course Information section
of Bb contains our course syllabus, other
explanations, requirements, policies
and procedures about the course.
Please
practice navigation through the site
via the buttons on the left side of the
screen.

week 1. Become familiar with
