As a graduate with a 4 year degree, you need to
explore the resources available at your 4 year college. The Career
Services Department may be able to help you with employment and internship
opportunities in a science related area.
Your four year degree demonstrates to a potential
employer that you have problem solving skills as well as oral and
written communication skills at a particular level. In order to enter
the technical field of Biotechnology, a strong background in Biology
is essential. Depending on your science-related major, you could supplement
your degree with additional coursework at the four year college.
You also want to check out your local community
college course offerings. Technical courses may be available in Biotechnology
as well as other general science coursework.
