High School Transcript Admission Requirement
Please be advised that all 2011
and future applicants at Lakeland community College
are required to submit a copy of their final high
school transcript , GED or pass the Ability to
Benefit Exam prior to registering for classes.
This can be submitted to the Admission Office
in person (in a sealed envelope), by fax directly
from your high school to 440.525.7651 or mailed
to Lakeland Community College, 7700 Clocktower
Dr, Kirtland OH 44094.
Students should request that
their high school and previous colleges mail official
copies of their transcripts directly to the Lakeland
Admissions Office. ACT/SAT scores are recommended
but not required.
Requesting Official Lakeland Transcripts
A student wishing to have an official
transcript of his/her Lakeland academic records sent to another college,
university or professional school, must make written application to the
Admissions/Records Office. The following must be included with each request:
- Your social security number
- The complete address of where
the transcript should be sent
- Your signature
- $5 fee per transcript - Payment
may be made by cash, check or credit card.

payment arrangements.
